just a few updates if you haven't been checking our fb page:
1) Preorder #4 for fred perry inspired bagpacks will close on the 11/11/11 9pm. Payment has to be in by 12/11/11 latest if not your order will be cancelled. So do send in your orders now :D
2) Preorder #3 for connector rings will close on 11/11/11 9pm. Payment has to be in by 12/11/11 latest if not your order will be cancelled. Do send in your orders now :D
3) Contest will be ending on 13/11/11 3pm, and we will decide the winners and announce it here and on our fb page by 13/11/11 8pm. So do join our contest or do ask your friends to like your pictures.
4) We will be on a short hiatus from 14-21 November (Lorraine) and 29 November - 9 December (Stephanie) as we will be going overseas so please do not say that we MIA.
5) Contest prizes will be given out after we come back from our holiday.
6) NO TEXT MESSAGES during that period of time please unless you want to pay overseas fees, emails are allowed.

But in our t&cs we clearly stated that if you are not patient, PLEASE DO NOT ORDER. if you order from us, jolly well be patient and DO NOT DEMAND YOUR ITEMS FROM US. We are trying our best to tolerate this kind of customers, and you are lucky that we do not blacklist for this type of thing. We definitely do not scam. You want evidence? go to our fb page and look at all the arrival photos. Cant stand waiting? Then buy INSTOCKS. ZERO WAITING TIME. please respect us okay, and we will respect you. Some customers are just so ridiculous seriously -.- and meetups are to our convenience only, other than that, please pay for our transport fees. Also, when we say we cannot make it for the meetup, please DO NOT TURN UP FOR THE MEETUP. Abit silly right? obviously we wont be there. And im sorry if our meetup times does not suit yours. we are not free 24/7, we still have to handle our studies and our CCA and our personal lives. so to make it clear, when we say that we cant make it for a meetup that YOU arranged, do not expect us to come down just to meet you because when we say we cannot make it, it means, WE WONT BE THERE. and then when we dont turn up, you expect us to meet at your convenience, like hello!?!?!?! it wasnt even our fault right? So demanding for what -.- if you want to be those type of customers right, please do not order, save our time, save your time and effort. Threaten to report us to police somemore, like wtf only. and please dont exaggerate say that we never give you your items for 6 months when it was only like 2-3 months? We are super frustrated now okay. so just a warning to all customers who intend to buy from us, PLEASE BE PATIENT, and expect the waiting time to be around 3weeks-3months. Thanks.
