Reason: She ordered quite a number of things from our blogshop. We received money thought was not a bad buyer because she was on time for payment through a friend of ours. EVERYONE KNOWS THAT BLOGSHOP REQUIRES CAPPING AND STATED CLEARLY IN THE T&C YOU CANT BACK OUT AND THAT YOU HAVE TO BE PATIENT. We only have 2 caps for FBT and ask her to wait following the other stuff too. Was patient so we were glad. BUT TODAY when i was having project work, HER MOTHER CALLED ME. GOSH FIRST TIME HEARING THAT A MOTHER OF A BUYER WOULD CALL AND ASK ALOT OF QUESTIONS. Question me this and that like why 3 weeks pass and not received it blahblahblah. I answered here politely. Then she wanted a refund. And say dont know how we work. P.S if dont know how we work can ask us then will know. Pissed off TTVMax. Seriously we are in the same school you think i can run away from giving you your goods?? -.- So we decided to give a FULLLL REFUND without ANY PENALTY cause yeah threaten to call alot of people and complain and we also dont want to be in trouble like everyday call and stuff. So we decided to BLACKLIST. We also decided to reject all orders from her, obviously. We are not blaming the buyer but the UNREASONABLE MOTHER threaten us so no choice. Next time want to buy ask your mother first. AND JUST TODAY 11/4/11 WE ASKED HER IF SHE STILL WANTED THE NAIL POLISH AS WE WILL BE COLLECTING IT TOMORROW. SHE SMSED MY PARTNER SAY SHE WANTED. THEN 10 MINS LATER, SHE SAID SHE DONT WANT AGAIN. WHAT IS THIS MANNN. CANT YOU JUST MAKE UP YOUR MIND ON WHETHER YOU WANT IT OR NOT!!!!
